Steakout, a well know steakhouse, came to me with requirements for an eye-catching poster design to promote the grand opening of their new branch in Stratford. Guests joined a host of celebrities including Joey Essex and Jay Kamiraz to celebrate the launch of Steakout Stratford. Steakout also required a design for a promotional flyer to advertise the new location and to show the type of delicious food and desserts they serve.
I worked with Virtual Bathrooms to create their identity and implement the company’s branding across a range of print based media.
For Virtual Bathroom’s logo design, I look inspiration from the online/virtual nature of their business and incorporated three blue squares into the logo to represent pixels. To indicate that Virtual Bathrooms are suppliers of bathroom furniture, the ‘U’ has been used to represent a bathtub depicting water contained within it.
By making the ‘U’ a feature of the logo allows for it to be adapted for use as a favicon on Virtual Bathrooms’ website and for inclusion within a QR code as depicted on the company’s stationery and additional branded materials.
Adhering to the company’s existing colour palette and brand guidelines, I designed a new street food menu for popular steakhouse – Steakout. The menu design features a range of white-tinted illustrations to accompany different sections of the menu, helping to add interest and variation to the layout, whilst its big, bold use of typography creates great impact.
As a leading independent provider of commercial cleaning services, Instant Cleaning Solution required a modern and fresh logo that communicated their strong belief in being an environmentally focused brand.
Instant Cleaning Solution also required a brochure that would help publicise themselves as a company and inform potential clients about the range of services they provide. Being proud of their green credentials, I advised Instant Cleaning Solution that a digital PDF brochure would be the most effective solution for reducing environmental impact due to eliminating paper usage and would subsequently save on print costs too.
Having worked with Notrelle to create design work for his previous tacks, he asked me to produce a promo image and design a press release layout for his new single ‘Human’. The design blends photographic imagery with a painted representation of the artist to express the stirring and provocative story of regret. The overall imagery created for the promo image depicts how the relationship started off as something real, and then became a distant memory.
As a specialist provider of online people management systems aimed at the general insurance sector, Streamline Solutions needed a logo that would appeal to its specific target market and reflect the nature of its services.
Using ‘Streamline’ as a starting point, visual associations were brainstormed and developed into concepts for the client to choose from. The final concept was derived from two shapes that when joined together formed an ‘S’ and represented movement. The introduction of a two-toned blue and light grey gives the logo a fresh feel, whilst maintaining a corporate and professional edge.
